PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME

All items will show an estimated delivery date before it is added to the cart.

Please keep in mind that your package’s Estimated Arrival = Production time + Shipping time.

- Production process includes order fulfillment based on your personalization, and quality checks to ensure that every item reaches our customers in the best condition, and packaging.
- Shipping time is calculated from the day your order leaves our door to your delivery address. Keep in mind that Production and Shipping times vary based on item types and delivery locations. Note: The provided timeframe is an estimate.

It may take additional time if orders have to go through customs. We do not influence the customs process and we apologize for any inconvenience regarding delivery delays resulting from this.

SHIPPING FEE

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. It depends on the shipping location and the items’ weight. You may need to pay extra if your order has to go through customs.
Free Standard Shipping will automatically be applied for orders satisfying ALL conditions below:
  • U.S domestic orders
  • Over $70 after applying any available discount code
  • Item exclusions apply

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express Shipping is available on certain items. If an item is eligible for express shipping you will see an estimated delivery window on the page. You should expect to receive your packages within 2 - 5 business days after production time (1 - 7 business days). We are working tirelessly to make this available on all products.

DELIVERY AREAS

We ship our products to the US, UK, and EU countries, with the following exceptions:

  • Large packages cannot be shipped to a P.O. address. In this case, please provide your physical address for safe and prompt delivery.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Army addresses at this time, but we are exploring options for delivery to these locations.
Please note that we cannot ship orders to non-postal addresses or multiple addresses. To ensure smooth delivery, provide your mailing address, or place separate orders if you wish to ship items to different locations.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please make sure all details, including the recipient’s name, are CORRECT. Otherwise, the items may be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. 24bluewave.com is NOT responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.
Changing your address is eligible within 2 hours of placing your order. Modifications are not possible after this period.
We may reach out to confirm your shipping address if issues arise, such as incorrect city, state spelling, or ZIP code. Please note that timely delivery cannot be guaranteed in these situations.
